Artisanal Bakery Menu
Several types of sourdough options with more to come and 'specials' added as able. Menu will grow as order popularity increases.
Sourdough Artisanal Boules
All sourdough boules baked with use of cast iron dutch ovens after (at least) a few hours of cold fermentation. Preferably 3-5 days for better gut benefit. Cold fermentation allows each loaf's gluten to be further broken down for easier digestion.

Airy, spongy, and delicious. Made to order with any available ingredients currently available. If you have a particular idea, let me know, I am willing to try any and all combinations. Size listed is a full 13X9 pan
